Values Alignment Process
One of the keys to building an effective organization is to have the values of the people who work for the company, and those of the company itself, aligned. The more the two are aligned, then the more energy is released inside the organization. Management becomes easier, and the role of a leader can move from supervising day-to-day work towards thinking more about the big picture, and planning for the future.

This alignment does not come easily or quickly. To get values aligned requires a process of productive conversation and team learning which unfolds over time.
