The role of the leader in organisational success cannot be underestimated. In many cases, the communication style of the Chief Executive is a factor blocking a company from achieving its objectives!
Leaders, like all people, need someone to listen to them, and help them refine their thinking. They also need good feedback to continuously improve their own levels of performance. Sadly, because of status issues that inevitably exist within and organisation, leaders seldom get the feedback and support that they really need from within their own company.
We work in a coaching and mentoring role with senior leaders in companies, helping them to define and refine communications, thinking and policies which will best support the outcomes desired for the organisation.
