In many cases, systems, processes and people in an organisation will need to change in order to meet strategic objectives. Often, these changes are the most difficult element for an organisation to achieve. We work closely with our clients to identify barriers to change, and then take all necessary steps to dissolve these barriers. We work with cultural dynamics, organisational communication processes, individual and group belief systems, hidden assumptions, habitual patterns, and even physical structures to ensure that all necessary change occurs as rapidly and painlessly as possible. In order to be effective, our unique approach looks at both organisational and individual barriers to change. When appropriate, we work with our clients to generate computer based system models (link to computer modelling page) of their organisation. These models support productive conversation within the organisation, as well as allow the testing of a variety of assumptions, and new decisions before they are implemented. |
